What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.
This policy covers rscs.ae and the forms on it. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible.
What we collect
If you send an enquiry we keep the name, email, phone, company, budget range, timeline and message you typed. If you apply for a role we also keep the CV you attached. Nothing else is collected through a form.
Why we keep it
To reply to you, and to keep a record of what was discussed if you become a client. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list — we do not run one.
How long
Enquiries are kept for two years. Job applications are kept for twelve months unless you ask us to keep them longer for future roles.
Deleting it
Email us and we will delete your record and confirm in writing, usually the same day. You do not have to give a reason.
