You would design the work we ship — marketing sites, dashboards, booking flows — and then sit with the engineer building it. We do not throw files over a wall in either direction.
Half our clients need Arabic. That is a design constraint, not a translation step, and we would want you to treat it as one from the first artboard.
What you would do
- Design client work from wireframe to production spec
- Sit with the engineer during build, not just at handover
- Extend our design system rather than working around it
What we need from you
- Three years or more designing web products, not just brand work
- A portfolio with at least one thing that shipped and is still live
- Comfort designing with real content, including the long strings
